Sent form pillar to post for a week, still no resp

Good day Sir/Madam, beginning of Jan I applied for a personal loan, I was advised it was declined immediately. On 27 Jan I phone personal loan centre for advise and assistance and I was advised of an offer on the system I never took up for R120K, I was shocked and I was advised to go back to the pro in the branch. I did and he advised me on the terms, specifically the months and I was concerned as I would not be able to afford the repayment. We agreed he requests for an extension. I waited 28th and 29th as I believe there were system problems. I phoned the pro to ask on feedback on 29th and he advised the offer had now decreased to R6300 and he could not help me otherwise. I went back to the call centre and I was advised the application was half done. To make it worse the person I spoke to refused to give me his name for reference purposes. I found myself going between the pro and the call centre instead of Nedbank doing this for me. I still do not have a response to my case. My wife convinced me to switch banks as she works for the organisation and is passionate about the organisations service to client and this totally speaks against everything promised to me. Please intervene.
