Last week i applied for a loan at african bank. I was pre approved for R54000 and R9500 credit card. Apon signing i was advised that the offer had dropped to -R45000. I signed for the offer. On friday i was called and advised that the offer had dropped again to R25 000??? And that i will have to go BACK into the branch and sign again! The consultant had captured my bond repayment twice!!! I can easily afford the loan of R54 000. This is extremly frustrating and terrible service received from african bank. I dont have the time to be going into african bank a hundred times just to get ONE thing sorted. This is unacceptable!
