SHOCKING SERVICE Nedbank Rand Ridge Mall

Thursday 11/4- visited Randpark mall branch to take up pre approved personal loan. Assisted by consultant who took in docs and said loan is approved by will be paid out with 24-48 hours.
Monday 15/4- no funds yet. contacted branch who had no idea why funds not paid out. Contacted head office to be advised they never received the docs. Back and forth of my own time and money to see why funds not paid out. Head office advised they do have docs but they would not accept my id. a new ID had to be requested. ( I still have my ID but because it is old they need a new one).
Tuesday 16/4- Applied for a new ID and took temp ID to branch. Again advised funds would be paid out within 24-48 hours.
Wednesday 17/4- Consultant off so called ONLY TO BE ADVISED THEY WILL ONLY ACCEPT MY TEMP ID IF I HAVE AN AFFIDAVIT. AT NO TIME DID ANYONE ADVISE ME OF THIS AND I HAD TO CALL AND FOLLOW UP. Affidavit completed and returned to branch. Staff who assisted originally is off sick, so they cannot assist until she is back. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE HAD TO FOLLOW UP AND AT NO POINT HAS ANYBODY HAD THE COURTESY TO CONTACT ME TO ADVISE. Surely somebody else can HELP? SHOCKING
