No communication from the head office

On 29 June 2013, I went to the African Bank branch in Mowbary for a loan. I was approved for the loan and the consultant advised me that I will be getting my loan by Monday 1 July 2013, which I did not get up until today 11 July 2013. I called the branch that whole week and they advised me that they have a backlog and I should be patient, which I did have. Saturday 6 July I called the head office and I spoke to Unathi and he advised me that there documents outstanding, however, he cannot advise which documents it is. I proceeded to the branch again and the consultant advised me that my pay slip is not clear. I understood that and they resent it again. Tuesday 9 July 2013, they advised me that my offer has been expired and I have to re-apply which is a inconvenience for me as I had stuff to do. Today I call again and they advise me I should have patience. How much patience do you expect me to have when I am waiting so long. I need a answer by today and no later as I am inconveniencing other people due to your people's lack of communication whereby loan is concerned.
