Easy to debit not so easy to pay clients back

I am due back a credit on my old home loan- the amount has since been paid into somebody else's account and i have now waited 3 weeks for feedback as to when i am getting the money. nothing but excuses and arguments about how tis being escalated. Fabian the supervisor hasnt once gotten back to me, the call centre operators are condescending and today i got put on hold for 15 mins only to speak to Bongani who i believe is a supervisor having to explain the entire story again and again (oh and he tried to talk over me).

Sick to death of begging you people for, money that is actually mine and if i could go back, would reconsider my new homeloan - FNB, how can we help you... well i am yet to see it
