I have an easy loan with FNB. You guys have already deducted the agreed amount on 28 January2013. This morning a consultant called me saying that I owe over R600 and because of the bad signal I could not hear the reason but requested that he contact me after 5pm as I was at work at the time. A few hours later I received notification that the amount of R636.08 was deducted from my account. Trying to get through to the easy loan department would obviously be extremely difficult because the numbers stated on your websites lead me to either your investments or normal loans department. I would like to know WHY money was deducted from my account WITHOUT discussing it with me first, why the consultant could not call me back at the time which would've been more convenient with me... YOUR CLIENT, and why I would owe you anything if you, FNB EASY LOANS, debit my account every month?!
