Debit Order ran early

It is only the 23rd today and my debit order ran already. I only had enough money to get me past the weekend until pay day. When I phoned the call center I get a bunch of excuses when I try and query it and get told that they cannot transfer the money back. All my other debit orders ran on the 26th of each month. I need my money or I will not be able to get past the weekend. No one can help when I asked to speak to a supervisor I get told no one is available. This is unacceptable easy to get new clients but looking after the clients is not an option for anyone at African Bank.

The first time I phoned and got told that they can see the debit order. The next time i phone to follow up on my query and to speak to a supervisor I get told they cannot see the debit order and need to send my bank statement to them. What is up with your systems.

Can anyone phone me and sort this out and revers my money still today!!!
