Paperwork missing

I am not happy at all! I filled in a debit order deduction letter with a gentleman from DMC that can to my work after i requested him to meet at my house.

The arrangement was for an amount to be deducted every month from the 28/6/2013 for my Standardbank loan account.

No amount was deducted and then at the beginning of this month (01/08/2013) Standardbank deducted R2000 off of my account because they do not have this arrangement.

When i phone DMC today i was told that they do not have ANY of my paper work and can only see my arrangement as they account was closed with them by Standardbank.

I would just like to know HOW can there be no paperwork? And now because of this Standardbank refuses to refund me as they say that DMC has got my paperwork.

This is terrible service!
