The plumbers that Standardbank sent to my house to replace a geyser, broke a window, damaged 2 ceilings scratched newly refinished wood floors and left old the old overflow pipe hanging from my roof.
I submitted a complaint to Standardbank 29/06/2013 to date I am still sitting with the damage, and had to pay R750 access!! Standardbank promises to call back but nothing happens.
Time to involve the Ombudsman
