I had accounts with standardbank which was on debt review which i withdrew from in 2009. i recently paid the accounts and opened a new cheque account.

Standardbank blocked my cheque account saying am still on debt review. the debt counsellor already disposed my records and don't know what i should do now.

The debt counsellor did sent debt review letter to standardbank, which they misplaced. now i can't get another letter from debt counsellor as am no longer in their system or books. NCR as well doesn't have record of me being on debt review.

Does this mean standardbank rejects me as a customer?
