Unprofessionalism leading to inconvinience

I have opened a new account with FNB westgate branch and received my salary in that account on the 02/08/2013.The problem started when i tried to withdraw the funds R650.00 from a standardbank ATM in soweto @ white city jabavu cross roads and i didnt get the money and only the slip to say there was a technical error but i got the sms showing that it has been deducted and i can see my balance is nil.i then went to standardbank at westgate mall to query the matter and a consultant made me fill in forms and said i will get my money after 48hrs and i still dont have the money today. Yesterday i went to Maponya mall FNB branch and the manager told me to go back to standardbank as they cant do nothing about it on their side and i went to standardbank which then refered me back to my bank. I'm tired of being sent from pillar to post. I was also told @ maponyamall branch that my surname doesnt match the one on the system and i took my id to open the new account, staff member didnt do her job again. FNB was supposed to phone standardbank and ask the to go and balance out the matching for the 02nd of Aug and refund me the diferrence which is R650.00 but instead i'm the one stuck and stressed out!
