EFT limit reset

I am over Standard Bank Sandridge in Midrand.
Today was the second time this month that I had to go into the branch to set my EFT banking limit as it keeps resetting to zero. Once again I tried to do a payment and an error message notified me that I have exceeded my limit and need to revisit my bank to re-set it.
I think that this is ridiculous and unacceptable.
