Home Loan Dept Unreachable

Hi Have a home loan account with Standardbank and my account has been behind as I am currently unemployed, I've been contacted by someone by the name of Joe from MIW Risk apparently on behave of standardbank, his behavior is questionable as I haven't be able to get any information from him since the 17th Jan 2013.

I decided to contact standardbank but couldn't get through after holding on for more than 15 min (more than once)

Today i decided to go to Standardbank offices in JHB 5 Simmonds Street, reception refused to put me in contact with someone that could help, instead dialed a call center number for me. after holding for some time I was advised to go to 45 Commissioner Street, that is where the legal department is.

After I got to the address I was again put through to a call center after waiting for 55 min because they have one phone in reception for this purpose.
I then gave up after holding for more than 15 min which is what has been happening from my cell phone some times I would hold until my airtime runs out.

My frustration is that I drove all the way from Midrand to JHB just to be sent from pillar to post, it seems like Standardbank is a faceless organisation.
