Problems with my account

I lost my job in January this year. As i was unable to keep my account to go in to a negative my account was placed on hard hold. For the last 3 months I received my UIF. As I don't want to run away from my responsibility I decide that Fnb can take the money that is coming in. for the exception for my personal loan the account is up to date. Was at Randfontein Brunch to get a temp card. Only to be told that I can't get a card. The account is still on hold. I need t get a letter from UIF and must change my address before they can help me. I don't have an permanent address now an old friend is helping me now for a roof over my head. I could have saved me a lot of problems by changing my bank. This is the way i being treated by being honest. You ask how coud you help??? What more do you want from me???
