Still no Ucount Card

I signed up for Ucount in June 2013 and have to this day not received a card. I have sent numerous mails and was told everytime that I new card had been sent. I gave both my home and work address - nothing seems to help.
On the 3rd of January, I was contacted again (after yet another mail) and told that my card would be couriered this time. It has now been a month and I still don't have a card. I have sent another follow up mail on the 31st of January and have still not received a reply.
I am shocked how unbelievably difficult it is to post a card to me. I have been a Standard Bank client since i started working. I have my current account, savings account, credit card, personal loan and my home loan with you. I have to say that this shocking service is making me consider to move my whole portfolio to another bank..
