Hard Hold Account

FNB has put a Hard Hold on my account, due to this I am now not able to pay my Temp Loan, Smart Loan or Smart Device. I made payment arrangements with the RL Daly attorneys and wanted to pay the money over but FNB is holding my money and between the two places they can't give me an account number to use for eft payment. I phoned Groenewald Attorneys so I can make payment on my Temp Loan, and they want me to deposit the cash into the bank, I don't have a car and even if I did have a car I can't get hold of my money. I have requested a statement for my smart device to so I can arrange the settlement but the attorney company just tells me I am in breach of contract and says that FNB will not give me a statement. I will not pay money over till I receive a statement to see if they have allocated my payments. They just tell me "you are in breach of contract and that I am responsible for the full retail value of the device. Yes, I am responsible for it but no person in his right mind will just pay over money without a statement to see what payments have been allocated. So as long as my money is on hold I can't make payment towards these accounts. So good luck getting the money FNB!
