I had a cheque account with FNB I was called early January to confirm if I'm still using my card and account I said I not I moved my salary to capitec bank they can closed my account. Account was never closed today when I went to FNB branch in Braamfontien this rude consultant told me I can't reactivate my account as I owe FNB R550 if I did owe them why was no calls made to me to make me aware that I owe that money why was no letter send to my home address. Is this how you money of unprivileged clients. Who is going to pay that money coz I'm not going to pay it as I did tell who ever that called that I'm not using that card anymore???
