Trying to get New Premier Bank account card

I was told that in order to get an FNB Home loan access account, I need an FNB cheque account. I went forth and spend an entire 3, 5 hours trying to acquire one!
After 10 dropped calls, 3 incorrect departments, and you bank informing me, that I cannot open an account due to the fact that you spelled my name incorrectly, I finally got my account nr.

This morning after one already failed attempt to deliver my card, I was ready with my proof of address and Id, just to be told that your very own FNB paper work is not valid as proof of address!
And the fact that I have just been approved for another home load at your bank is also not proof that my current information is in fact up to date and that I actually do have a home loan at the said address.

You then requested I supply my husband's proof of address together with a letter from him stating that we in fact do live together! (Another logical point that I can't get my head around)
ALSO my husband is not the account holder, I AM?

I am still completely and utterly frustrated to tears at the inefficient way this has been handled and cannot believe how difficult it has been to even try and do business with your bank.
