My online claim was registered and number allocated at 14:37:31 on Monday August 19 2013. The website promised I would be phoned in 4 hours. No such call to date, Wed August 21, I am still waiting. I phoned today and was told by Thato that the case was allocated to Herman but he was busy. I am frustrated as this concerns a backberry phone lost/ Saturday and the authorities advised the insurance could trace it. But I urgently need a replacement
