Herman V was assigned as my claims consultant on Monday 6 May 2013. He advised me my claim could not be processed until i provided the specs of my laptop. I obtained the specs and till today I have not been able to get hold of him and I had to phone the general claims department twice to find out the status of my claim and i am always told he's busy on a call and will return my call. I received an sms to say my claim has been settled and i have no knowledge of this. The service is putrid and Herman V needs to contact me and do his job properly.
