Claim can not be submitted from 26 August 2013

I have registered online to put my claim through from 26 August 2013 & 27 August & 28 August. I receive calls within 10 mins when I ask for quote for car insurance online, but get ignored to submit my claim. My ref no. is 1110248028, 1110248268, 1110248389. Can it be so hard to submit a claim, but so easy to get a quote for insurance???
