My husband was in an accident on 1/8.
The claim was reported on that Saturday 3 August via telephone to Schaunette Rademeyer.
This was her answer on Monday 5 August: "Please be advised that the vehicle is at the salvage yard and a assessment has been booked for today, so we will have repair figures within the next 3 to 4 working days."
Up to date we have not received ANY outcome on this claim.
I am disappointed in the fact that it is taking so long.
I was somehow under the impression that an insurance company will understand not only the trauma but also the inconvenience and try to settle a claim quickly.
So sad that the human element is not at all taken in consideration.
She also does not care to respond to my emails (does the fact that I told her on numerous occasions that this must please be treated as urgent not matter to her/them?).
