I am very disappointed with the service of this facility. I sent an email on Wednesday and have never even received a courtesy email from you. For some unknown reason you have changed my mobile number on my Ucount profile without my knowledge or authorization. It was all working in July and suddenly in August i can't get my OTP because you changed my number. Now I am supposed to make time and go into your branch to change my number back to what it was because you changed it. I refuse to do this and i can't deal with these types of pathetic issues from your business anymore. I would rather just close all my accounts with you and go elsewhere.
