Hello Standard Bank

After a long struggle my request to cancel provisional emc statements and replace them with full PDF statements FOR ALL MY ACCOUNTS was acknowledged on 13 November (see below). AND SO WHY AM I STILL RECEIVING EMC STATEMENTS??

I also requested that my PDF statements should run from the first to the last day of the month starting with Nov. Is this going to be done?
