So disappointed! I needed a 3 month bank statement for application for a medical aid scheme. I received it in good order, but when i checked my account online a few days later, I saw FNB charged me R49.50 for the 3 month statements!! When i called to enquire, they said you get charged R9.50 PER PAGE! That is ridiculous!! I know I get my statements by e-mail, but companies don't accept printed statements, they request real bank statements! Talking to my friends, one guy said he was charged only R9.50, even though it was a few pages?! Not per page like me?! I am very upset, how can they charge you so much money for a statement, if companies does not accept the statements received through email! I love my bank, BUT this is really unacceptable for me!!!
