Bad service

I was involved in an acciedent, reported the matter to virgin. My policy clearly states that I don't have to pay access fee. Was called by the lady named Gretchen from legal department who advised me that I would have to pay acces fee. I tired calling Meshack Baloyi on 011 715 7812 who claimed this was his direct number called the number more than 10 times without answer. When I finally got through I spoke to Josheph Ndakane whom I asked to call me back due to not havening engouh airtime. He said to me won't call me back immediately even when I told him I was involved in an acciedent, not even asking me if I'm ok or as too when it had happend. I'm very dissapointed with the bad service I received from them. I regret taking up insurance with them.
