Where do I start. My car was involved in an accident whereby the other drivers wheel came off and smashed into my car while parked in a parking bay (i was outside of the car at the time). I was advised to pay the access of R3000 in order to have my vehicle repaired and the Legal department of Mi Way would ensure that my access is claimed back from the other party. To Date it is has been 5 months and still no feedback from the legal department despite numerous e-mails by myself to a legal adviser named Lauren Roelofse who seems to be ignoring my requests for feedback. This type of service is totally unacceptable as I have been with Mi Way for over three years and never claimed before.
