My wife was involved in an accident on the 19/11/13. she went for an assessment on the 20/11/13.
On the 25/11/13 the assessors advised they sent the quote through to Virgin. When i logged the incident Jiles promised he will us informed for every step, only once did he tried to call my wife on the 22/11/13.
I called in on the 22/11/13 Virgin advised that they are waiting for the report, still no word from Jiles, i had to call and enquire, i than called on the 25/11/13 advised that the claim is with the manager and they will come back to me on the 26/11/13 early in the morning, no one called back, still did not get to speak to Jiles.
I than called this Morning 28/11/13 a lady advised Jiles is busy with the paper work and he will get back me.
I than called 28/11/13 again and spoke to Mohamed, he advised Jiles is off today and he will call me back as he has to check with my previous insurer.
So from the 19/11/13 Jiles tried calling once and i called every other day, so much for keeping me informed.
This is pathetic service, it just looks like they looking for an excuse not to pay, but is very easy to take my monthly instalments. A very unhappy MR Naidoo
