To whom it may concern

i have a problem, i have been trying to change my debit order dates, but it seems i deal with individuals. can someone please change my debit order to the 27th. how long must i repeat this statement? if i ever see an unpaid on my statement again due to this incompetency i will change banks.you have before the end of today to fix this nonsense.

this will be the third time i am asking some to fix this.
