I'm with the appauling service

I applied for the merchant device on 8 Sep. FNB took its time to process my application then last week only it was rushed through after weeks of following up. Lebogang Maphogoshe has been handling my application and it has been a nightmare. I took over my business on 1 Oct and Lebo assured me the device would be installed then. today is the 2nd October and I'm in business still without a device. I've screamed, visited the branch yesterday and today was assured the device would be installed at 13h30. Its after 2pm and I'm still waiting. I don't know what to say anymore. I'm loosing business and clients as a result and no one at FNB can account. I wish I had gone with Standard bank or Absa. I am beyond upset, I'm hurt because this is to the detriment of my business and to think I applied on time!!! I'm so furious. Nobody better call me to apologise because I will swear at them. that's how sick I am of this.
