I emailed nedbank to enquire why my debit order was not taken off my account. I could not call as I am abroad. You first replied to me saying I should email you back within 48 hours or else my email will be ignored, I was quite taken back with that. Why would you adopt the attitude of dismissing your clients problems if they don't respond within 48 hours, what if I don't have access to my email? Regardless I replied about one hour after I got the email. I still didn't get a response and my payment due date is coming up. I am not worried if you don't want my money to pay off the card but don't then go put a bad name on my credit report when you come crying in a few weeks asking where is your payment. It is not my fault you cannot have a structured customer support system or competent staff whom actually want to do their job. I have an Amex card here in the USA and let me just say nedbank should be ashamed of them selves and should not have the privlage of carrying the brand if this is the type of service you give.
