In 2008 I bought a car through MFC. The agreement was to pay back R1390.24 per month and that is what i have been paying back over the past 6 years. Then on 1 Oct they suddenly deduct R1740.24 and phone for an additionall R280.00. R630 extras.
Email them on 1 Oct for explanation. No response.
Emailed 2 Oct. Responded on 5 Oct saying request forwarded to relevant dept wil respond within 48hrs.
Emailed 14 Oct - 192 hours after last response. Responded 16 Oct - forwarded to relevant dept.
Emailed 22 Oct. Response 24 Oct - forwarded to relevant dept.

I'm tired of being told that my email has been elevated or forwarded to the relevant department!
We're coming to the end of the month when the next payment will be due and I REFUSE to put any more money in my account for this payment until i receive an explanation. Nedbank has no right to deduct more than was agreed upon from my account without prior approval from me!!!
