Idiotic staeling people's money

Yesterday morning I received an sms... R129.00 was debited from my account with a refence: ONECMON_PSSAS00006039246130815NAEDO. After making few calls around I finally landed to One Call Direct and admitted to have taken my money, for what, I don't know! These creeeping vultures promised to call me back and they never did, I called them four times until I gave up. This morning I called in again and still they are promising to call me back... I don't need a call back, all I need is my money which has been been debited from my account. I've never spoken to nor received any call from OneCall and am wondering where the did they get hold of my banking details. Something needs to be done about these or else we're going to loose a lot of money out of these vultures. This is bullst coz now their business is running smoothly out of our monies and we are suffering and even if they can reverse that money tha fact is they cannot bring back the money that the bank charged me. Please advice if there's any organisation or company which we can report such matters to so that these can be permanently removed from practising such frauds.
