This so called one call direct also debit my account four times with amounts 399, 129.99 and 129 rands and in some instances I did go to the bank to make reversal some I couldn't and I call them several times until I finally get hold of them some girl called Anele told me they will call me back and they didn't until I called them again after a week and I spoke to a guy called Owen Madlankobe who promised to pay back my money after 5 working days it has now been seven days and still there is nothing on my account and am furious because they gonna do it again. Please help us and catch these criminals before they bankrupt. our monies are not safe. Please do something urgently.
