My vehicle was with the panelbeaters for almost four months. That time I didn't have a vehicle to continue with my daily business activities. I went to my insurance company and explain my problems and frustration. Immediately, they arranged a courtesy bakkie to carry on with my activities while they were pushing so hard for me to get my bakkie back. Within a two weeks I got my vehicle back from the panelbeaters and I got a discount on my excess. I was suppose to pay R5000.00 basic access and it was reduced to R3000.00. I was so happy.
