I had just taken out a loan with direct axis and I have been doing business with them without any problems until an agent call me from hollard and it was direct axis and because I got insurance with direct axis he just needed to update details for my contract. So I was glad to sort it out but did ask him over and over on the call am I gona pay more or what or is this another insurance and he assured me it was just updating my details for when I claim I won't get my month because I didn't give details. I receive an sms from the bank on friday to say hollard has taken money out my account. He to me now I almost lost my job cas I had to get to the bank to put in more money for another account which went of as a failed debt. I want him this agent to pay me all the money he took from me and the extra cost he put me in. The ombudsman will be hearing about them
