Mojakhumo you and I we are in the same boat these fools One Call Direct they debited R399 for my account. I never heard of them or even called this company but yet they managed to obtained my banking details and instructed the bank to debit my account. My reference number is OneCall-PSSAS00006659849131031. I am still waiting for them to reverse the debit. I am still in shock.
I have called them Twice and they keep on telling me that their system are down they are unable to reverse the debit.
