Hello Peter, I have a problem with Finchoice. On the 9th of Feb, my account was debited and on the 12th of Feb 2013. In less than 5 days my account was debited twice. I called them this morning at 08:30 I spoke to a guy called Farruk, he promised that they'd refund my money back I must call him at 12:00. I've been calling him since then and he's been avoiding my calls. They telling me he's busy and he'll get back to me. Now at 14:00 when I finally got hold of him, he's telling me their cut-off was at 12:00. My frustration is this Farruk guy knew exactly their cut-off is 12:00 and he told me to call him at that time. Now when I call him am being sent from pillar to post. These people are and finding all the excuses in the world not to refund my money back!!! Please help
