I applied for a credit card last week Monday which was issued to me by the consultant. They said it will take up to 48 hours to activate, this is 2weeks now and still nothing happened. When I call the branch where I signed up for the offer they keep on telling me it is a problem with head office. When calling the customer service they say they can only see the status but cannot assist, I must speak to the branch. Now I am asking myself, what must I do??? The reason a person take the loan because you need it not for fun. How difficult can it be to keep your supporting customers happy? When you dont pay they quick to take action im sure but when it comes to service delivery there is none. I am VERY DISSAPOINTED in the bad service I have received thus far. Dont think this complaint will make any difference as this site looks like a fan page of complaints to African Bank.
