BAD SERVICE, NO FEEDBACK

Last week I applied for a loan at African Bank George, assistant Lorenzo. He advised me about the Credit Card and said that I was approved. This is my second complaint with George Branch and African Bank, but I gave them the bennifit of the doubt and AGAIN same problem?? Its now a week and yet no answer, after phone calls and visiting the branch the only answer I get: We are waiting for Head Office!! The consultant was suppose to phone me yesterday, he never did, his excuse He can't phone me if he doesn't have an answer, but don't you keep in touch with your customers? I want to know what the problem is with my application? I have the Blue Credit Card with me, but still no funds??? I want to know what is going on and where I stand with this application?
