No service resolution!!!

My reference to you is: Agreement number: 10389420001 as dated on the 16th May 2013 at Cresta Branch. I wonder if there is anybody capable, that is able to assist me. I filled in the forms regarding loan application, and signed them a your Cresta branch last week, even receiving the credit card. The staff were excellent..but..as of yet, I've still not received my loan amount.. Your head office branch in Midrand have no idea about my application, and your call center staff are rude, and simply ignorant in their approach to customer service, telling me that the staff member about faxing off my details to the, ...even though i was in the branch 3 times, in person, and watched as the person faxed it off. This morning, I spent over R200 in airtime, calling back and forth from your call center, to the branch, and up and down... This really is pathetic service! and from a Bank nonetheless! I have people telling me that the Cresta branch did not yet send my payslips thru for final sorting out..yet, I was at the branch, twice, in person, and stood there whilst the lady sent it through to the office.. And that was last week! Is there anyone capable of resolving this at African Bank?
