Nedbank have a supposed drive for small businesses. Well I heard of this device and after 32 calls decided to ask the small business banker Joyce Allen at Randparkridge for help. As usual Joyce was a star!
After completing the forms with her help and her scanning and sending them to me I felt relieved. Thinking that was the end of struggling ..oh boy..it was just the start. I received an email with contract which I printed, signed and could not do the payment as the details were sketchy. I went into the branch it took a very helpful person trying her best nearly an hour to find out where to send the contract..no where does it have details. Since then I have not heard a word or had a reply to any email.

This morning I called the call centre and after letting off my frustrations was promised a call by 10 o'clock.

And I am trying very hard to start a business. Ps: this device for small business if taken on a contract can only take payments UP to R1000!!
