Premier Call Centre is Useless

Hmmm - thought FNB was different. They upgraded me to Premier banking, but it seems worse off. Call centre couldn't give me ANY answer whatsoever.

My query was:
1) I have not been receiving my ADSL bandwidth rewards as previously - call centre couldn't give me an answer why.
2) Took a smartphone from FNB. The consultant at dot.fnb outlet informed me if I used R1500 on the credit card monthly - I would receive R50 credit back. This hasn't been happening.

The call centre agent says he hasn't heard about any such program. *shrug*

Thought FNB was different :(
