I applied for a home load, still in process, and sumitted all the documents they required. One of the required doc's was the lease contracts of one property. I have misplaced the documents and I went to the tenant to ask them to re-sign the lease contract. My mistake was that i gave the tenants a contract that I had prepared to give them to sign for rent increase. That will of course be the future date. Realising my mistake I explained and even wrote a memo to explain this and that I can even go and ask the tenants to do the signing again exercise. I can even go to the policy to make a statement. I
I bank with ABSA and my bond accounts are wth them. They can see my banj statement that the rent money goes into my account every month but because of "policy", the lease contract date is wrong and there is not explaination that can make them see reason or business. My credit record is clean and has always been. never missed a payment.
After so many years and the money they make from me every single month.
