Lost money

I went to deposit cadh on saturday 10 august in potchfestroom. I showed the teller the account where I wanted to deposit the money. The teller put it in the right account but wrong country. Now the branch says they cant do anything and I have lost R2000. What kind of service is that? Now someone is going to spend my R2000 because the teller made a mistake and didnt deposit my money in the right account in windhoek. I feel aggrieved and very angry at the lack of concern.
