BAD SERVICE

I opened a savings account at the low cost branch in Tzaneen. At the time my water & lights account was to old and I told them I will bring the Dec account. I took the account to where I opened the account and the lady took for ever to help me but it was done. I then went to the main branch to deposit money. The teller told me I can not deposit as the deposit didn't want to accept and i don't know why. Without saying anything he went to a man and came back and tell me I have to bring proof of residents. I told him I just did that, and he told me I must do it again. The Que that was sitting was for ever and I was told to go back and do it again. NO WAY I told him in that case I want the money that was in the account as was told I can not have it. I lost it as the lady Glenda or what ever started laughing. I told them they are a lot of and left. Went back to the lady who came with me and all of a sudden my deposit was excepted. LESSEN IN BANKING. AFTER 20 YEARS. Never tell a client to do something 2x help him. SO THEY ARE
