Teller deposit not reflecting

I made a direct deposit with the Teller at the branch this morning at 10.21 am. The money is still not reflecting the account. I have called the branch and call centre with no luck. I am told "maybe there is a delay with the system". In my experience, a direct deposit reflects immediately in the reciepient's account. I have the receipt to prove the payment and I am not about to walk all the way to FNB again to find out what the problem is. I just want the money to be in the account today.
