Incompetent telle

On Friday the 26 June 2013 I went to deposit monies on behalf of my boyfriend as I do every month. This month however I had a very incompetent teller, who after I pointed out to her that she made a mistake with the first deposit slip, insisted that the monies will balance out at the end of the transaction. She ended up giving me R50.00 change. This teller has since contacted my boyfriend claiming that I confused her with all the deposit slips and that he should come and pay in the R50.00 as she is now that money short. The saturday her manager also contacted my boyfriend to ask when he will be paying in the R50.00.Surely Absa has cameras and a playback should be done to see how that teller works, She confuses herself. Secondly we live all the way out in Eerste river so who is going to refund us our petrol monies for driving out there to pay for this teller's incompetence
