VERY POOR SERVICE @ THE MAMELODI BRANCH

I always deposit money to swaziland between the 1st and the 5th of almost every months, but there is always one or two tellers working, but there FOUR cubicles of tellers, recently i went on friday the 3rd of may 2013, and to my suprise there was one one teller working, I mean how is that possible? its the beggining of the mnth, pple have money, the bank is busy, but only one teller avlble, come on. I cant deposit using ATM since i deposit internationaly so I have to go in the branch. please sort this out toe, asseblief
