Encashment of Quest cheque

On the 13/08/2013 at 14:50 walked into Fnb teller 2 assisted me telling me they can't cash a computer printed cheques I asked why he said their machine can't read it, then a lady comes from the of the teller saying the can't cash the cheque I must go to BankCity branch because she needs aletter of credit to encash I then advised the lady that its not my first time doing this she then took the cheq went to the bank to get authorisation it took 45min to get authorisation to just again to be told she can't cash because second signature on cheq does not match or is not there and need to get authorisation again am know off because according to be before u get authorisation you check if everything is in order prior to getting authorisation or does FNB authorise one item at aatime, authorisation was not obtained because the person who authoriser does not pick up the phone, Ithen ask the lady if I come back tommorrow will I have to go throgh the same process again shen then u must go to Carlton centre branch or BankCity I advised her its out of my way can she not make a copy of the cheque and do the necessary so when I come everything will be sorted she did not listern to me and resp
